Have you winterized your property yet?  You may be saying, “it’s too late…winter is here. I should have done my property maintenance in the fall”.

I can see some sort of logic in this argument, but not winterizing your property because you didn’t get around to it can spell disaster.  With bad weather on it’s way, winterization and property maintenance should be top of mind.

You may end up spending more time repairing winter damage that could have been prevented than the time you saved not doing it.

I understand, property maintenance is never ending and time-consuming.  There’s a million things to do!  But the problems caused by avoiding simple property maintenance will create a million more things to do.

Here’s a suggestion, break up your winterization chores into smaller tasks and tackle those tasks a little bit every day.  We’ve even found a terrific checklist for you to follow to get the job done.
